No minimum purchase required, However UrEternity.com is a wholesale online store for resellers and retailers. All customers must have a valid resale tax ID to purchase from us.

Do you have a catalog that you can send me?

Please note that we introduce new products on a daily and weekly basis, therefore we do not provide a printed catalog. Please check NEW ARRIVAL category often to get the most recent update. Our online catalog is the most comprehensive and updated catalog.

Why is my credit card charged when you didn’t ship my order yet?

There is a difference between "Authorization" and "Charged". Like any other credit card purchase, the credit card company will put a hold on the funds that are reserved for the merchants to charge at a later date. We only charge when we shipped the products, therefore the transaction is just authorized. How long is the backorder or presale?

Normally if an item is backorder, it will take approximate 2 - 4 weeks to restock. We do not restock every item; only items that are popular may be restock. For presale items there is an estimated date of arrival in each of the product's description.

Do I need to have a company in order to buy from UrEternity.com?

YES! UrEternity.com is wholesale online store and intends to sell exclusively to resellers and retailers. You do need to have a company TAX ID number in order to do business with us. If you are an international buyer (must have valid international address) who buy to resell / retail. Please put down "export" in the Tax ID section when you register.

Why Some items are missing from my order?

As indicated above our normal fulfillment rate is about 99% - 100% therefore it is likely that some items are out of stock/backorder/discontinued. If you have been billed for items that are not received please contact us and we will investigate the matter immediately.

Do you have the items in stock?

Accepted Answer

If the product is displayed online then it means it is in stock at that time. However, due to the high volume of orders some items may be already out of stock by the time an order is placed. Therefore normally we can fulfill about 99%-100% of the order.

What materials are the handbags made of ?

They are made of PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride-aka man-made leather), PU (Poly Urethane-Shiny type of PVC), fabric, nylon, suede leather, etc... We do not carry genuine leather handbags.

Can I return the package without RAM number or non-approval RMA number ?

No! All returned package must with the RMA number. Package return without or non-approval RMA will charge 15% restocking fee. No exemption.
