*If items arrived damaged due to manufacturing defect, you must ""CONTACT US" within 7 days of package receipt date for RMA number.
*Defective products, Customer may request exchange for the same product at no additional cost if product still available.
*If items arrived damaged due to the transit, please contact UPS 1800-742-5877 or FedEx 1800-463-3339 and file a damage report. Once you submit the report, you dont need to return the damage product and credit will be issue to the account.
*All domestic return package will receive up to $7 shipping reimburse. This offer valid on factory defective product only. Return non-defective product will not receive shipping reimburse.
*All other returns (non-defective) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTION because we offer the lowest possible wholesale pricing already. Sometimes it is helpful that new customer just place a small sample order to try out the quality and service.
*All items return must have original tag / packaging. If the items already been open or tagged for resell, then no credit will be issued. Customer need to response return postage fee if you want us to ship back the product.
*Special order items are not returnable / refundable
*Any refused shipment sent back to will be subject to the 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fee.

*NO return for all international order. International Customers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs andduties.

*One RMA per transaction.

*All returns must have a RMA number before shipping to us.

*In the return package, please include a copy of your invoice. Please also write the RMA# on the outside of the packaging.

* Please allow us 7~10 days return processing time after we receive the return package.
